im getting Error 1406 i tryed reinstalling and error comes back up in the install its pissing me off

Well i don't think anyone would spend 20 mins of their lives writing a pm when they can just check the page you checked for about 5 mins? And when the answer is already Replied, "you have to reinstall it" But GG for posting it,
