    A bit of advice, Presumably the things on your asccount were paid for by card.

    So 1) go to bank and get a statement of all your Steam Purchases.

    2) Contact valve that your account has been compromised and state you have evidence to prove it is yours.

    3) Most likely on receipt of evidence they will lock the account, default the password and then return it to you unlocked.
