If you reposition your turning thruster, or add another set of thrusters, you can make it tilt when turning. Remember that the hoverball-strength has to be relatively low for this to work right. This is the easy way.
If you want it to be "damn real", you have to program the hoverballs in sets, so that one set moves an inch up, while the other moves an inch down, when you hit the turn button.
I am still pondering how to do this the best way, and i'll get back to you when i've thought it out ...

You just put a thruster under the wing and on the right/left tip or ur helicopter and there u go
