Cool, you got some nice streetlights in. I'd suggest maybe giving the outside of the building a little more shape if you can, so then it doesn't look like Bam's Server lives in a big concrete cube!

Optimization is what makes the map easier to compile for Vrad and sometimes Vvis. Makes compile times LOADS faster.
