Firstly put this in console: wire_expression2_model models/props_phx/construct/metal_plate1.mdl
Spawn the exp gate and make it no grav.
Put the following code in:
Then make a turret and a numpad input or what ever you want to use!
(It may be a bit hard finding where the plate is pointing)
This will follow you around 150 units above you and pointing where ever you look.
