Updates to Garry's Mod have been released. The updates will be applied automatically when your Steam client is restarted. The specific changes include:

Fixed rr_reloadresponsesystems exploit

Fixed +gm_special server crash exploit

Fixed other misc exploits

Fixed water overlay on everyone's screen if RT camera underwater

Server no longer tries to send Lua files which the client should already have

Can you try to fix it when you go through props and you die that you don't spam yourself going in circles! It automatically made me do that when I died in a prop and then I had to restart Garry's mod

I think you'd have to ask Garry about that one
