Used to create lagless welds.
What it can do:
-Make all attached props not lag. At all. Nothing.
-Make sure attached props never visibly "wobble" like regular welds.
-Decrease CPU strain? Not sure.
What it can't do:
-Serve as base for your contraption - detail props always need to be attached to something.
-Be as good in the physics department as regular welds.
-Stop bullets or traces of any kind.
-Form weld-chains - any regular prop can have as many detail props as you wish, but you can't attach it to anything else itself.
