Had such a damn lua virus too, it keept connecting me to a other server and started to spam the chat with my player.
The best way to get rid off it is uninstalling your gmod (make a backup of your addons before) and install it again. =/
You can also try to find the files of that lua virus and delete them, I tried to find something on google about it but had no luck^^

I have to agree with Reaper here. This is a bad virus you got here. Copy your "maps" and "addons" folder to your desktop, and reinstall gmod. After installed drag you addons and map folders back into your fresh gmod folder.

Actually, before you do that.. can you go inside that vgui folder and screenshot? I noticed something in there has been added/changed only a few days ago
