Revision 2009: "Improved Wiring Tool"

Hey folks,

Just updated my wire and gone through the changes in the changelog. I was quite amused as I read this:
Added an "Improved Wiring Tool".
This tool is an almost complete rewrite of the Advanced Wiring Tool.
It takes less bandwidth, selects entities on the client (=no lag) and has some other small improvments.
It will replace the wire advanced STOOL shortly. More features to come

YAY! My prayer is heard!!!
I really digg this update!
No X Y Z bugs anymore, no lag when changing the inputs / outputs on laggy servers anymore! YAY!
