    No idea why, I got on gmod after seeing Star trek, came home, loaded up single player and tried to open the spawn menu, didn't work. Just crashed, please help.

    You can always just reinstall. Backup addons maps data and map materials.

    i had this problem too. If u have SBMP remove that and it should be fine (Remember to remove the spawn-list from settings). If that doesent work try reinstalling gmod. Smile
