Counter-Strike: Source

Today I was playing Counter-Strike: Source - De_Dust2, and I noticed some of the map was pink black chessboard and white striped. I thought what the heck, a computer restart may do it. Oh no it didn't, that ugly material wouldn't give up. Xike thinks it's my driver thats need to be updated, and I've just visited ATI's website (I have ATI graphic card and so on) to upgrade my driver and stuff.. BOOM! A pictures of a man screaming of his PC and this message came: We are currently improving the ATI Upgrade Advisor Tool.

And I thought: SHUT THE **** UP!! I SPEND 20 BUCKS ON A GAME AND THEN YOU CAN'T UPGRADE MY GRAPHICS !? WANNA TASTE MY WOODEN BAT HUH!?
But I decided that a weak punch at my keyboard was enough..

If you know what's wrong please tell me, or else we'll see if dell makes flyable laptops.

Its not your drivers, but that was a good attempt. the "pink and blackness" is valve way of saying "we can't wrap this model coz the wrapping is missing, so this pink and black crap will have to do"

Try this:

Reinstall CS:S

or

Right Click CS:S, Properties, Local Files tab, and try Defreagment cache files.. and verify integrity of game cache.
