Well, there could be two reasons. You might be not ticking the box when you make a post (which i dont think you can do on quick reply)
OR!!!
You need to post your picutre on an image hosting site (www.photobucket.com) and then you can post an image link, because the site should give you a link to do that with, and put it in a URL thing [url=like this]like this[/url]

In your profile there's a checkbox saying something like attatch signature on each post. Tick that one.
