We have now opened a new Build server! IP: 188.165.193.102:27016
by Every now and again I am disconnected with this error. Its not the server, as its happening to me on the new server too :/

Taken from another website, i found the reason that it is because some routers block some requests, resulting in a disconnection.
The fix should be something like this:
Disable UPnP (Universal Plug and Play)
Disable "Block Wan Requests" or something that reminds of this.
Enable "Filter NAT redirection" or something that reminds of this.
It may be required that you have access to your router, as these options most likely wont be available in Gmod settings.
This is done on a Linksys wireless router, and should work.
The solution is taken from here

Thanks, I'll look into this. I don't have a Linksys though. Perhaps its something in the gmod update that now causes issues with routers. I know TomShaw gets this too, and he's on a wireless network also.

I think I have a solution. Kinda related to what Darkey mentioned. I reset my whole router. Seems to of done the trick. Maybe you should reset yours top
